Hello backers,
Many of you have been waiting patiently for this update and I appreciate it. The surveys are finally ready to go out and I will be sending them right after I finish typing this email.
This next part is really important, so please be sure to take a minute to read it fully as it will help save us valuable time in having to answer questions.
The following is a very brief rundown of how this will work:
1. You will receive an email from Backerkit with your personal link to your own personal survey. You should save this link as you can use it to manage your pledge without the need for creating an account or having to sign into Backerkit. If you do not see an email with this link by the end of day tomorrow, please check your spam. If you still do not see it, please contact [email protected].
2. Clicking the link will take you to a page that will show you what you pledged for, how much you pledged for and most importantly, what you would like to use your pledge money for. All the Add-ons will be there for you to choose and you can now "spend" any extra pledge money you put in for. Please do this part as soon as possible as it will allow us to determine how many items we need to make. Without enough data we cannot put in an accurate order with the printer, especially for add-ons like the mat.
3. In addition to spending the money you have already paid, you may also add more to your pledge and get more stuff. You can pay with a credit card or Paypal. Paypal funds are taken immediately, while credit cards will be processed at the end of May. So please make sure to use a card that will not be expired by then.
4. Once complete you may still go in and add or make changes until we "lock" everything down in preparation for shipping. This should happen at the very beginning of June.
Should you need any help with anything related to your pledge or backerkit, please contact [email protected] first. One of the reasons we are using Backerkit is their ability to provide us with extra support so we can focus more on getting the game fulfilled. Of course, you are always welcome to email us directly and we are happy to answer, but going to Backerkit first really helps us out.

I hope everyone had a great weekend. I said I would update you today on the status of the surveys and so I wanted to do that before it hits midnight here (at least that's when I am starting to type this). I apologize for the lateness of this, but I encountered a plumbing issue over the weekend and was without water until about 15 min ago.
Anyway, I have completed our end of stuff in backerkit and have sent it to them for review. That can take up to 2 days, but as soon as it is done, I will let you know that the surveys are coming and to be on the lookout for them.
Some of you have sent me messages about how to apply your extra money or that you want to add more stuff and how can you do that? This is what the surveys are, as soon as those go out, you will recevied and email with a link to all your information regarding this campaign (this link is your personal link to the project). You do not even need to create an account with backerkit if you do not want to. This link will take care of everything.
I'll go into more detail as soon as we are ready to announce surveys going out (after the Backerkit team approves everything we set up).
And now for the art I promised, this is the burial ground board where your spirit tokens from the Valhalla will reside until you are ready to send them to Valhalla. Andre and I discussed this a a very basic concept and I left him to do the rest. I think he just absolutely nailed it.

I wanted to get back about the pledge manager and what happens from here.
We have received a ton of questions about how people can let us know what they want to all their "extra" pledge money on. Rest assured, we are working out a strategy for that. I had two calls today with 3rd party pledge management companies and we are still weighing costs and options.
If you are new to KS and have not gone through this process, please just sit tight until I have something more concrete to give you. The extra money you added to your pledge will be applied as soon as we have picked our pledge management solution. Once we know what that is, I will send you very detailed instructions on what you need to do.
The plan is to make a final decision by tomorrow, so please make sure to read these updates!

Hi amazingly awesome backers,
When we started this campaign we really did not know what to expect and once it started we were blown away. If you were here at the beginning you will recall our obvious scrambling to come up with more SGs. If you didn't notice then I am very surprised. ;)
It's been a lot of work on this end and there is still much more to do, but please know that we are more grateful than you can possibly imagine and in every way this campagn has exceeded all our expectations.
We will send out a more detailed update with more information about pledge management and other items tomorrow.
Right now I just wanted to say thank you so much for making this campaign so meaningful for us.
