Hi All,
I hope everyone is well and hopefully enjoying the game. As a little spoiler we are currently working on the next game in the Midgard universe (not an expansion) and should have more info about that around December.
I believe that 99% of all people should now be set and those that still aren't 100% are being taken care of. According to our internal list, we only have a few people left with lingering issues and are handing from our different fulfilment partners or from the US.
The main purpose of this post is to mention a relevant Kickstarter that is happening from our Polish licensing partner for Champions of Midgard. They have commissioned a laser cut wood insert and are running their campaign right now. I saw one at Essen and it does look great.

Hi Backers,
I wanted to give enough time for shipments to actually get out and arrive. At this point, that has happened and most people in the EU and Canada appear to have their stuff. There are still issues with incorrect shipments and component problems, but at least the vast majority of people now have their games.
For those that have yet to receive anything:
- If you are in Canada, let us know at [email protected] because you absolutely should have them.
- If you are in the EU, give it to the end of the week, then contact [email protected] OR contact [email protected] directly.
- If you are anywhere else, we need another 2 weeks for the postal systems to do their thing.
For those that have received their stuff but have an issue:
If you have emailed us and we have responded, you are all set. Just sit tight. We are actually getting component issue packages out within a day or two at this point. For orders outside the US, missing items from your pledge are taking a bit longer, but we will make sure everyone gets everything they ordered.
If you have emailed us and we haven't responded in 48 business hours it means we did not see or receive your email. Please send again to [email protected].
***PLEASE NOTE*** If you only comment here, we are probably going to miss it or it will take much longer to get to it. So please do not just comment here.
Ok, now that that is out of the way, we wanted to share something a bit more fun...
We're really excited that Champions of Midgard will be one of the games freely available on Dized, an upcoming board game companion app.
Dized is a companion app for tabletop games that helps make teaching games much easier. The folks over there make interactive, voiced tutorials that get you playing and learning a game much faster.

Hi all,
Apologies for not updating a bit sooner, but things have been going mostly smoothly with the fulfillment shipping as far as I am being informed. Here is the most up to date.
Canada
Last weekend we were informed by Snakes and Lattes that they were missing all the original promo cards as well as being short because of some damaged copies. The two questions that immediately came to mind were: 1. why did it take almost 4 weeks to realize they were missing the promos? and 2. what in the world happened that caused that many copies to be damaged when we sent extra copies for damages? Instead of trying to get to the bottom of this and wasting more time, we just overnighted the missing promos and shipped another 16 copies of the Jarl edition. I am being told most have already gone out, but all will be out the door by Monday. I did see one backer said they received a double shipment from SNL, I would be interested to know if others have as well.
Gamesquest (UK/EU/Japan/ Singapore/ everywhere else not previously shipped)
We have been told that all the UK is out the door as of earlier this week. If you are in the UK and have not received at least a notice of shipping from GQ, please send them an email at [email protected]. In addition, most of the EU has also now been shipped and the "rest of the world" will be out the door by Monday. So if by end of day Tuesday you have not at least received a notice of shipping, please contact Gamesquest directly.
Component issues U.S.
Except for damaged box issues (those are being printed at the factory now), we have finally caught up to all the component issues and as of Friday. We believe that everyone who has sent us an email regarding issues with their game have been sent out. It should take 3-7 business days for stuff shipped Friday to arrive. At this point, it is just a matter of keeping up, which we will do out best to do so. If you sent or send an email to us and do not/have not received a response back within 48 business hours (no weekends), please email us again as it means that most likely the email got lost.
If you were expecting replacement stickers and have not received, please let us know as you definitely should have received by now. If you were waiting on Wood and Food and have not received, please give it until Friday and then let us know as you should have it by then as a worst case scenario.
Component Issues Australia, NZ.
We have been receiving a few emails regarding your component issues and we will have these out to you as we are sending these from the U.S. These should be caught up by Tuesday and these mailings will take 10-30 days depending on where you live and how long it takes the postal service in your country to process it in to their system after it gets handed off.
Component issues NOT U.S.
If you were shipped by Snakes and Lattes or Gamesquest and have a component issue, Please send us an email to [email protected] with the title "[your fulfillment company name here (GQ or SNL)] Champions component issue".

I listed and showed pics of what you should be looking for in the Jarl level box in update 62 and some people have asked for info on anything else that might be confusing.
Wood token upgrade kit (Coins, Favor, Blame, etc.).
This is a square white box and includes everything you see in the below picture.
- 34 Coins
- 28 Favor
- 19 Blame
- 3 Damage markers
- 1 Round token marker
- 2 clear blame sticker sheets and 3 clear Coin / Round token sheets. Note: the clear sheets for the coins are going to be packed outside the box as the sheets inside the box are the incorrect white stickers.

Things are actually happening, finally.

Just a fast update that GQ has assured me that orders were starting to go out yesterday and that tracking emails would be sent as packages were sent. This is the direct quote from them:
"We will start shipping orders without the promo packs today and I will ensure Jeff has sent the promo packs to the correct address. Any orders that are sent out will receive a tracking email so that the backer knows it is coming."
In addition, here is the tracking number for the missing promos from China. DHL.com - 4447827462
Please comment if you have received a tracking number from them. Just so I know it's happening.
For Canada, orders are definitely going out right now. Here is a screenshot from their dashboard portal they just sent me. I realize that the "All" column doesn't add up and that is because we had one late cancellation.
For Australia, the games are on the way and as I mentioned in a previous comment and will arrive on Monday and will be all out by Friday at the very latest.
