Backerkit upgrades have been charged and a small mistake (PLEASE READ)

Hello all,
I wanted to let everyone know that we initiated the credit card charges today through Backerkit. These are charges that were in addition to what you backed in Kickstarter. So, in other words, if you added a wood upgrade kit in Backerkit after the campaign and you chose to pay with a credit card, you will see the charge for just that add-on go on your card today. Which brings me to the small mistake...
For those who have seen their cards charged, it may show up on your statement as a charge from CSI (Coolstuffinc.com). It's a longer story than I want to tell, but rest assured, the charge is correct, the funds are going to go to the right place and everyone will get their stuff. There is nothing you need to do when you see that charge except realize that it is legit and it is a Grey Fox charge.

Hello backers,
When I opened the box yesterday I was very happy with how everything turned out except for the leader cards. When I looked at them, it was a case of me feeling that while it wasn't optimal, it really was a minor difference (please see the pic) and not worth holding up production for. I thought most people would feel the same and, clearly I was mistaken. It's certainly not the first time (or the last) ;-)
So, I spoke with the manufacturer and we aren't sure at this point how this error happened, but we are going to remake the leader cards based on the responses. However, they will be coming outside the box separately as we have opted to not re-open and shrink wrap every box again. Doing it like this will only add another 3-4 business days time, which we think is worth it. It means we might just miss getting it in your hands in June but first week of July should be definite.

Hi Backers,
So I came into the office this morning to the pleasant surprise of the advance production copy of the expansions. I have included some pictures. I can say that everything looks great and I can also confirm that everything fits (in sleeves) from the base game and expansions. There is only one small issue that I can see, but it is not enough to warrant holding anything up. For some reason the 4 new leader cards got cut with square corners instead of rounded.
Right now all shipping arrangements are pretty much made and everything is ready to be picked up. Hopefully, we should have it on the water and in our warehouse within the next 30 days and out the door and shipping as soon at it arrives.

Hello backers,
I just wanted to send out a quick reminder that today is the last day to make any additions or changes to what you ordered in Backerkit. After today, the only change we can accommodate are address changes.
There are still about 100 people that have not answered this surveys, which is a very good rate according to what I've read. However, I'd like to get this to 100% of the people that pledged and paid for it, so please do that today.
Also, on a complete side note, we are going to be launching our next Kickstarter for the expansion for our most popular game in our line, Deception: Murder in Hong Kong, in about 3 weeks. We will be announcing the exact date through social media and our newsletter, so stay tuned.

Hello patient Vikings,
I just received an ETA from my printer for completion of everything and that day is 5/18. I had initially pushed for 5/10, but I did pad in a week for delays. So we should still be on track for a June delivery as the shipment time from China is about 30 days and we are looking at about 7-10 days to fulfill all the orders going out of our warehouse with transit times of 2-5 days. For the other fulfillment companies handling our shipments outside the U.S., the times should be similar but ultimately we don't have any control over that.
Now on to the IMPORTANT part:
I am starting to arrange the shipment breakdowns to each part pf the world to our fulfillment centers and that means I need everyone to complete their surveys and add anything they would like to be sent to them no later than 5/14 so that we have enough time to properly put together the shipping docs.
To put it another way, I will be locking down any changes to orders (except address changes) on 5/15.
There are still 196 surveys that have not been answered. I have just sent reminders to these 196 backers to the email you used to sign up for this campaign.
I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to fill these out. If you don't we cannot ship your items to you and if you miss the deadline, we will have to ship your products from the U.S. and charge additional shipping outside the U.S. (in some cases more than double) plus you will have to pay customs in areas that are current "friendly".
